See more SHIRLEY M @HeyMom Jul 18 I've seen Jillian Murray in a lot of movies and I was looking forward to this because I really like her but I was sadly disappointed with her character and her acting was forced. The plot was as you would expect but the motive reveals didn't hit right. She runs out on her fiance a month before the wedding to start a career in New York and never comes back to her small town after her father died -- not even to visit her mother -- until a business opportunity opens up years later that throws her and ex together. The chemistry was definitely one-way -- he was still waiting for her and she just wanted to seal the deal and get back to New York before Christmas. Abruptly at the end when she's sitting in the office set from "Have We Met This Christmas" she decides to go home for good after an old photo breaks her resistance. Ex rejects her proposal and she's incredulous. Well-meaning friends and family talk him back into it but I think he was well rid of her. The title also makes no sense. See more Read all reviews
