Brunello: The Gracious Visionary is an inside look at the extraordinary life and career of the man behind a luxury fashion empire built on the principles of humanity and artistry. Having grown up in a rural agricultural community, Brunello began his eponymous company in 1978 and soon became dubbed "The King of Cashmere". The documentary film presents an intimate portrait of Brunello Cucinelli, a "philosopher-designer” revered for his distinctive integration of humanistic values, craftsmanship, and ethical entrepreneurship.

I thought this was beautifully shot! I watched it at the private screening at "THE CINEMAS", which was a great experience. The doc was very inspiring and I really enjoyed it!

Enjoyed the movie. Good story and very nicely shot. I was worried the subtitles would ruin the movie but English dubbed with only subtitles for Brunello which was fitting.

This is an incredibly moving film. Brunello is committed to being a good man, and to caring for his fellow human beings whilst still running a very successful international fashion brand. Brunello calls this humanist capitalism (although it sounded better in Italian). He shows you can be ethical, you can accord dignity and care to those who work for you, and you can run a successful business in this way. Throughout his life; throughout the film, Brunello shows his passion for beauty in all its manifestations. The final scene brought me to tears, as Brunello had lunch with his family, his very large family of relatives and employees. I’m just rewatching Succession, and not one member of the Roy family ever accords dignity to their employees, nor cares at all for beauty or truth. Brunello proves it doesn’t have to be this way.
