Ex-crook Jimmy "The Saint" Tosnia is trying his best to go legitimate until he's dragged back into the world of crime for one last, seemingly simple mission. All Jimmy and his eccentric cronies have to do is intimidate their target. But they make a disastrous series of mistakes that result in the death of a woman connected to a powerful gangster. Before long, Mr. Shhh, a notorious assassin who never slips up, is sent to take down Jimmy and his partners.

In the wake of his Oscar-nominated role as the sick-puppy Vincent in “The Godfather III” Garcia appeared in four thoroughly forgettable flicks, and “Denver” offered him a chance to do a riff on Vincent, but with a bigger heart, and he succeeded admirably.

I think what is missed sometimes when people review movies is scenes and ideas that leave a lasting impression. Scenes, ideas and characters that come to mind many years later. My take is the cast is a loaded cast with actors who did great things before and after. Was it a film that should ever have sequels or anything? no. But overall I think it was great. The characters are bonkers of course, but the plot was creative. I think the true critics are judging this too movie too harshly. How bad could a movie be if you remember scenes from it three decades later.

Filme fraco, o roteiro é fraco, as cenas são fracas, a história é fraca, o elenco é fraco, e ninguém ajuda a melhorar o filme, os personagens são fracos, e o filme deveria ter cenas bem melhores e relevantes, para fazer o filme ser bom

i dont know why people dont like this film - its comic book film noir and fun - great cast - good acting - entertaining -- might be one of those generational movies where people under 40 just dont get it or are to fragile to handle it;
