A new baby's arrival impacts a family, told from the point of view of a delightfully unreliable narrator -- a wildly imaginative 7-year-old named Tim. The most unusual Boss Baby (Alec Baldwin) arrives at Tim's home in a taxi, wearing a suit and carrying a briefcase. The Boss Baby is funny, entertaining, and surprisingly heartfelt. The animation is colorful, the humor works for both kids and adults, and the story delivers a sweet message about family and sibling bonds. A fun watch for the whole family.

Boss baby is a visual metaphor of the feeling the older sibling feels when the younger sibling comes along, toying with the abundant imagination of young children to create an entire fictive series of events. This is another one of Disneys films that can be appreciated at all ages, unlocking deeper layers of meaning with the coming of age.
