Dylan T @RT91583065 4h relatable story you dont see as much anymore This whole story is relatable (not in a good way). Great job by the cast and filmmakers. Whether it’s family illness, or cheating, or just family ego and fights (I’ve seen all of it). I felt like I was looking in a mirror. Filmmaker did a great job and captured detail and made it feel so cinematic. Cast was good too. Recognized several faces. The Mom was incredible! See more Ava S @Avasalim 20h Compelling indie film that goes dark and daring So glad I found this. So many movies are about loud explosions and CGI. Last night I went for this movie with performance and human stories instead. Joanna Cassidy is amazing WOW! James Brolin delivered his devilish charm. Seeing these 2 legends working together. Really enjoyed the filmmaking. See more Hanne H @HanneHoward 4d HUGE Jams Brolin fan! I don't see him in enough stuff anymore. This was like a highlight reel.I love when he plays these parts and maybe the filmmakers do too, because they let him play. So fun to watch! Great chemistry with Joanna Casssidy. I wish Tia Mowry had more to do. Good casting. Good filmmaker. I enjoyed. More Mr Brolin! See more Darmien K @RT47703685 5d Some good scenes. Good cast. Stylish small indie movie that starts dark and gets darker. Joanna Cassidy stands out. Brolin has good moments being the bad dad. Tia Mowry doing a grownup movie. I liked it all. See more abigail L @Abigaelrise May 30 Watched this by accident this week. Darker than expected, which actually got me curious. James Brolin plays the aging version of his old 1970s bad boy charmer roles. Joanna Cassidy who I love from Boston Legal shows more vulnerability. Corin Nemec trying to show he’s more than the scifi TV stuff. Mowry’s role is under-developed. Script is TV movie predictable with a few good scenes. Directing is actually kinda good for budget and schedule (obviously low budget). See more Mc C @RT71386061 May 29 I love dark dramas like this! The "perfect family" has secrets. Better cast than typical streamer stuff. Better looking movie and more stylized movie. Predictable with good scenes and good performances. In general, if you like cable movies and those kinds of things, you’ll like this. See more Read all reviews
