Our family are huge Aardman fans, and we were super excited to see this in the theatre. It was a fun movie with loads of little references for adults (a Game of Thrones moment with the sheep blocking the door and Shirley distinctly saying "Hodor, hodor"), and brief familiar Shaun favorite recurring characters to make it entertaining. The "Feathers McGraw" homage at the end was priceless. I was disappointed with the perfunctory virtue signalling with a brief flash of a LGBT wedding couple (sorry, unnecessary and did nothing for the film), but overall it was well worth the effort. My teens loved it as did my wife and I - though my daughter observed it was weird, even for Shaun the Sheep!
