Scream 7 lacks any semblance of its energy on either the horror or the comedy side of things. It’s not scary, and it’s not that funny. I wish some studio executive had the bravery to kill the franchise. Be sure to shoot it in the head.

I’d also possibly argue that this franchise has now exhausted its own mythology to the point that there’s really no way it can continue without feeling so contrived that it starts to undermine and pollute its legacy.

It was pretty good. Storyline became what the public wants now which is AI a Green Screens. It held true to the Obsession parts of the story. Great action and gore.
