The story is simple but meaningful, showing friendship, faith, and survival during World War II. It may not have a big budget, but the strong message and sincere acting make it worth watching. We didn't get to know the characters, so we weren't made to care much about what might happen to them. See more 05/24/2022 The most astonishing thing about this film is the fact that it is a top-quality film that was made by producers, crew, and actors whose names are unknown in Hollywood. After watching the movie on DVD, I watched the featurette about how it was made. I can hardly believe that a film as good as this was produced on a budget of under a million dollars.
