Mercifully, Pati Patni Aur Woh Do is only 117 minutes long. But it remains curiously disengaged from the people inside its farce. Go to Full Review

By keeping the protagonist innocent and merely a victim of circumstances, the film dilutes its own conflict, resulting in a safe, ultimately forgettable comedy. Go to Full Review

Visually, the film embraces colour, bustle, and small-town flamboyance. Prayagraj is presented with affectionate theatricality, while the production design supports the film’s larger-than-life comic temperament. Go to Full Review

The plot may have itself to offer little novelty. In fact, Mudassar Aziz seems keen on channelling a more Priyadarshan-style energy into the screenplay than in his earlier films. Go to Full Review

Pati Patni Aur Woh Do is ultimately a film that mistakes exaggeration for entertainment, ending up as a bloated spectacle of mistaken identities and diminishing returns and little more. Go to Full Review

The comedy is outdated, the acting is embarrassing, and the movie gets increasingly worse. It's an implausible story of a married man who pretends to be the boyfriend of a woman who was a college friend, and his lies become a ridiculous mess. Go to Full Review

Rajrani May 15 It's silly and comedy See more Harish N @harish_napa Jul 21 The 2026 romantic comedy sequel is a mediocre, below average endeavor that struggles to find a cohesive balance between its slapstick humor and central relationship drama. It focuses on a chaotic web of misunderstandings and suspicion in Prayagraj, proving that a promising comedy premise can fall apart when the writing relies entirely on recycled cliches and forced situational chaos. Rakul Preet Singh was good in it, standing out with a sharp screen presence and energetic performance that brightens up her scenes as Nilofer. She brings genuine charm to the screen, while Ayushmann Khurrana and the rest of the ensemble cast provide decent backing to keep the frantic pace moving. The writing drops a few funny punchlines, but the screenplay is a chaotic mess that trades genuine comedy for predictable plot twists. While Nolan made probably the best film of the decade, this comedy stands as a weak one time watch that fails to leave a lasting impression. See more somu L @RT80606018 Jul 12 What happened to bollywood writer movies actor actress director.. such a 3rd class movies are coming out and these stupid kalakar are doing these concepts and kuch logo ko maja bhi aaraha he.. I can't tell which good movie came apart from dhurandhar recently in 2-3 years... Bollywood stop making films because some more years is will die by own or makers like this movie will kill.. See more Priyanka O @Velora May 22 A lighthearted comedy that fully embraces chaos. Pati Patni Aur Woh Do works best when it stops trying to be subtle and just lets the misunderstandings spiral into laugh-out-loud madness, with Ayushmann Khurrana carrying the humor effortlessly and the ensemble adding plenty of fun moments. Not perfect, but definitely a breezy one-time watch if you’re in the mood for easy entertainment. See more Jessica G @Jess26444 May 21 Pati Patni Aur Woh Do is a fun and entertaining comedy with lots of confusion, humor, and relationship drama. The movie keeps the audience engaged with its fast-paced twists and funny moments. The performances, especially by Ayushmann Khurrana, bring great energy and comic timing to the story. Sara Ali Khan and Wamiqa Gabbi also add charm and freshness to the film. While the story line feels predictable at times, the comedy and entertaining scenes make it a good one-time watch. It is a light hearted Bollywood entertainer perfect for watching with friends or family.
