Jillanne Kerbie T @RT34841557 6 days ago this film is not about zombie apocalypse. as they face a mysterious outbreak that threatens not only their relationship, but in the end, their grip on reality. but there is an actual outbreak, just not a zombie apocalypse one. at first i was bit frustrated because 1) the prosthetics are too much, so why was these zombies showing signs of consciousness? 2) this film does not show on zombie apocalypse films so why is it listed a one? 3) its fast paced so i was a bit lost, so it felt like focused on the guy so much. At first the prosthetics felt very old fashioned and the story moved a bit slowly, and I was honestly close to turning it off. I’m really glad I didn’t. People who say it’s a bad zombie movie aren’t exactly wrong, but only because it isn’t really a zombie movie at all. It’s one of those films where you keep wondering what’s actually going on, but instead of leaving you confused like a lot of movies do, it pulls everything together with one of the most interesting plot twists I’ve seen in a long time. It’s a fairly short film that feels complete on its own and doesn’t rely on setting up a sequel. If you enjoy psychological thrillers with a bit of gore, this is definitely one to check out. These people are infected with rabies and the infection spread quickly. It started with the dog at the beginning that bit one of the Rangers. Now, I was already excited to see Billy Burke, as he was Bella’s dad in Twilight, and he is STILL a heartthrob. 😍 But that plot twist at the end was not expected at all.
