A drug operation changes the lives of three conflicted New York cops. Real world life, that happens everyday in lower income communities. Racism, corruption, desperation, and greed, but things always come to light when taking an oath.

A completely forgettable movie. It lacks any real emotion or lasting impact, and the soundtrack does nothing to improve the experience. I'm surprised that Richard Gere would choose to be part of a project like this. It's a dull, uninspiring film that I can't recommend.
