Old Dogs yeah, he didn’t even hurt any of the perps nor did the movie have any vengeance until he flees back to Turkey when he receives the phone call to see vengeance on Ronnie…don’t waste your time on this movie!!! I can read all the Critics criticism. To me, it's another case of basic audience emotional involvement not credited versus artistic movienaking. There is no disagreeing with the lack of good acting, plot originality or tight development, or story location. I know I've seen this movie at least a 100 times. These movies tend to please because, in the end, Justice always seems to be served. The extra star in this case was because, like always, the Brits do a good job at character exposure in their scripts (totally flawed hero). For a movie of this type, I really thought the musical score was very good. It added a touch of class to a seedy story. After it was over, I found myself hoping (against all odds) for a sequel.
