Na verdade, não é um Sereia, tradução literal Rusalka, em eslavo é ninfa, que pode ser uma linda jovem, ou uma velha horripilante dependendo da cultura local, a trama é gostosa, nos apresenta uma personagem folclórica encantadora, clima sombrio, bons efeitos, atuação, desenvolvimento misterioso, uma obra terroresca russa deliciosa de se assustar... See more Jun 27, 2020 It's a Russian movie that I watched in dubbed English: this offsets the presentation. The story itself was actually pretty good, it has great pacing, twists, surprises without jump scares, but the delivery was rough. Maybe its a Russian aspect of how conversation happens, but the dialogue itself was awkward and I found myself just not caring about the characters unless it related to the premise. The effect work was actually really good too, but the "normal" parts of the movie just didn't cut if for me. Not for me, can't recommend unless you're looking for a Bad Movie Night candidate, then it'll probably be a really good time.
