Petros T @PetrosTserpelis 06/09/2023 The talented Walerian Borowczyk has put together some expertly created imagery, and I guess it can be intriguing to see where his train of thought takes him, nevertheless "Les jeux des anges" is not a very rewarding experience. The vague symbolism might be of value, however the slow tempo and visual and aural repetition does the film no favours. A tighter edit might have yielded better, more powerful results, but as it stands this is rather underwhelming, plodding and, well, anemic. See more Read all reviews
