The British uniforms were a joke, the helmets were US helmets, the Nazi uniforms were like a selection in a military museum. Don’t waste your time watching this rubbish! The para uniforms before the regiment existed, the Willys jeep (with a white star on the side and no smoking sticker on the dash) wasn’t available to the British Army during Dunkirk, the awful accents, the scowling, crouching German soldiers, were all quite comical - but less accurate than Allo Allo. See more Nov 1, 2021 Films this poor need to be funny, intentionally or not. Operation Dunkirk can't even manage this. It has the look and feel of a film made using another films props when the grown ups had finished for the day.
