See more Patricia G @Trixie2794 19h Hunter plays Captain Ake a half Lathanite who are quirky and known to live long. Cracking me up walking barefoot and sitting comfortably that maybe she is going through temporalpause or something because I know the older I get, the less I care what others think. Yet she can compose herself when needed. I look forward to learning more about her species. She heads an academy with some the typical teen stereotypes but I look forward to seeing what they bring to the franchise. Illegal genetic engineering, extinct sentient species, ignoring the implications and narrative restrictions of future tech, the focus on teen drama, flat characters I can't identify with, centering feelings and relationships instead of exploration, discovery and science, and the attempt to change Starfleet into something it's not and can't ever be...I could go on for a long time.
