I happily watched it for Elba and the shots of snow falling in Berlin. But for a show like this to be thrilling, it has to be as swift as a greyhound. At a drawn-out eight episodes, Hijack 2 is closer to a well-fed basset hound.

... a rare instance where the second season surpasses the first. The claustrophobic nature of the first season was only amplified on the train. I would love to watch a third season explored on a boat or some other wild form of transportation.

Rdirs and the rest of the crew did a good job acting, no doubt. But come on, how do you drag out a highjack for two seasons? To much pointless details or alternative scenarios. I think the producer was worried too much about trying to create suspense than logical actions. Definitely not a series I will watch again. This should have been a movie, it would have preformed better!

The first season was unbelievable, but its many flaws could mainly be ignored if seen as a "one off." Unfortunately, season two stretches believability to stratospheric levels coupling with an inane plot. I am a big Idris Elba fan, but this show is just a dud.

First episode of Season 2 starting out interesting. Happy that they changed it up to train and did not stick to airplane. Otherwise, it would have been boring and disappointing.
