Keren S @RT27690060 Mar 30 Sharknado of the demon horror movie genre, and that’s an insult to Sharknado. I wanted to like it because of its bad but fun quality. The title of this movie was better than anything else offered. The soundtrack was the single redeeming factor. From beginning to end, poorly acted, poorly written, poor editing, poor audio balance. The plot was confusing and disjointed. I was left with more questions about why the characters behaved the way they did than not. I was disappointed that even after the ending I didn’t look back thinking it was at least entertaining. Throughout the movie I kept waiting for that moment where it turns up in quality or storyline or acting. Honestly I just feel regret that I’ll never get that time back. See more myoldass k @RT43776962 04/10/2025 Could've been GREAT! Some of the acting is poor and the script is pretty bad in some parts! Good soundtrack good storyline remennisint of Stand by me. But because of the poor acting a sometimes non-sensical script it is painful to watch at times. SHAME! Really had the potential to be a cute movie! Hopefully this is a rookie just warming up Actors sound like robots reading their lines with big pauses in between especially but not limited to the main characters mother! She's really pathetic and annoying. Lots of gaps where there shouldn't be! The main character saved the day! Had she not been so great I would've have finished it! Bravo to her! Otherwise a whole group of over actors and under actors without any chemistry! The girls brother just died and if I didn't see it in the first 5 minutes then you couldn't tell? Parents are like -Who cares! Lol I don't believe I saw them shed one tear? WEIRD! The weird friend was overly acting weird so much so it was unbelievable. I could go on and on but I'll stop now! The acting, dialogue and some of the camerawork is just amateurish. That said, it does look as though the makers tried hard to make a good movie. Overall it isn't bad. Lots of effort put into cinematography and lighting, not quite as much as effort put into acting and script. With better directing these actors are probably capable of delivering better results. But as it was I wasn't drawn into the world for a minute. See more 06/11/2021 The "quirkiness" was way over the top. The father daughter drama made no sense and was extremely forced and unnecessary.
