"Soldier" (Lorenzo Lamas) used to be part of an elite squad of U.S. Marines. Now he's an embittered cop who refuses to heed the rules, which soon gets him booted from the force. Then a group of lecherous rednecks kill his parents and abduct his sister (Josie Bell) while they're vacationing in the woods. Unfortunately for the rednecks, Soldier's elite squad specialized in search-and-destroy missions -- and now he will search and destroy once more as he sets out to free his sister.

It's a hilariously awful film that is kind of a mashup of a Rambo-like character from a Miami Vice-like setting, forced to rescuer a missing woman captured by Deliverance-like hillbillies living in the Florida swamps. It's a terrible movie, but it was also pretty entertaining in it's awfulness. See more 10/27/2012 A suspended cop goes after hillbillies who killed his parents and abducted his sister.
