The tone is rich and sophisticated. Shadows of childhood tragedy and adult mis-steps fall across the drama. Sorrow is often in the air. This in no way sits oddly with a number of excellent jokes, including a doozy about Ikea.

Good story about a broken family and the older daughters struggles to deal with it after having saved her younger sister by caring for her as a child. The older daughter was a fantastic, neurotic character. She really seemed to need a relationship with her father to steady her self.

This is a film whose entire plot will destroy you inside and the final scene will build you up again. This is not just this particular family drama. So what if the director is influenced by Bergman? Who loves cinema and doesn't love Bergman? Thank you! This is why i love Cinema!

0ne of the best films I've seen in the last couple of years. The writing, acting and cinematography are superb. It starts a bit slowly, so be patient. The director understood, I believe, that "less is more." Unfortunately, to the best of my knowledge there is only one theater showing this film presently.
