Katie D @novagirl11kd Sep 14, 2026 I was half expecting this to hit a little too close to home given my own college roommate situation history. Instead, it swerved somewhere far crazier, so much so that the passive aggression became the least of anyone's problems by the end. It got a couple of laughs out of me, if you count a single forced exhale as a laugh. Natasha Lyonne, Carol Kane, and Janeane Garofalo turn up in the margins (nice to place them from Orange Is the New Black, Four Christmases, and Girlfriends' Guide to Divorce), plus a rotating cast of SNL alums, but nothing about it braces you for the ending. I still don't understand why the fried turkey explosion happened or why it became her fault, and the Wally mascot costume scene was absurd in a way that never quite landed.
