The Murphy boys, whose hippie parents were sent to prison when they were young, have grown into problematic adults. Dick (James Roday), for example, is a divorced and struggling salesman, and Dave (Jay Paulson) works at a gas station. Luckily, the Murphys' parents left them a map to a secret government marijuana field -- so Dick, Dave and their paraplegic brother, Dinkadoo (Sam Huntington), along with two friends, set off to find this legendary pot, which they hope to sell.

The characters are magic. The dialogue, twisted and insane and perfect. The timing, fabulous. But then the storyline kicks in and, sadly, everything goes to hell.
