See more Jun 10, 2016 Yeah, I kind of have to agree with everyone else on here. The critics are being way too harsh. It's a family film, with a good message, and kids love it. I can't think of any other movie that has actually RESCUED dogs through the release of a film. I am team Rescue Dogs all the way. See more Jun 10, 2016 This was so sweet! I love that all the animals were real rescue animals too. My daughter especially loved the lead actress because she was a dancer. Also, sidenote, some of those breakfast burritos really did look good. I wish that this film had the recipes because I legitimately wanted a breakfast burrito after all the references. See more Jun 10, 2016 I don't have kids myself, but I went in support of my local rescue and brought my niece. She seemed to really enjoy it and was really concerned when the main dog ran away and the guy was looking for him. I thought she was going to cry and I'd have to take her out into the lobby (she's 3), but all went well. She was giggling up a storm over the farting sequence. Adorable.
