A strong supporting cast also does good work, and the film -- as is the case of all Egoyan's films -- is made with smooth professionalism. It's a pity that it increasingly strays into the direction of almost laughable improbability.

Outstanding film. One of Christopher Plummer's best without a doubt. Far past the age of most who've retired from the screen, his genius is absolutely evident here. A joy to behold.

Remember is a rushed and poorly articulated film set in World War II, lacking the execution of any promising scene. Its lack of patience leaves its characters underdeveloped and emotional moments shallow. The film speeds through critical events that leave no time to connect with it whatsoever. The ending, which is a cheap twist in itself, gives off a completely different message and therefore remains unsatisfactory. While the actors do their best, the uninspired script and shallow storytelling bring down the entire movie. In a genre full of great films, Remember is utterly forgettable. Shit!!!
