When recently unemployed accountant Brian (Kevin James) agrees to a playdate with charismatic stay-at-home dad Jeff (Alan Ritchson) and their sons, he expects an easy afternoon of small talk and football tossing. Great film , feels good ,doesn’t even feel long at all. Nothing needs to be serious all the time !!! and this movie captures that nicely, also the insecurities and glories of fatherhood the movie briefly touched on ??was very sweet. Ultimately it was still pretty entertaining and nice to watch even if I never had kids and I’m only 18 it still keeps you captured. Love the 2010s action movie cliche something we’ve been kinda missing.

I don't know what the critics thought. I don't know what audience they showed this movie in front of but this might have been the funniest movie of 2025 or 2026. Don't let the critics steer you away.
