Starla R @RT81066646 May 26, 2026 I could forgive the fake woke feminist messaging in his movie Backcountry because of how incredibly well done tthe bear attack scene was but this movie was just lazy slop. Extremely pretentious and just a waste of time. So sick of directors that are nothing more than brainwashed "activists" who think they're smarter and better than the majority of their audiences. These people need to be deprogrammed because the crap they're putting out is just dumb and really out of touch with reality. Also a reason for no alcohol in camp. Stating she is a retired professional hunter is like saying she passed Basic Training. It is the worst piece of junk you could waste your time on. Wolves like Bears may take your kill, you just walk away and be thankful. Wolves are not going to hunt humans went there is that much game in the same area and winter hasn’t even set in. Also you can’t set a broken wrist like that and definitely couldn’t draw a bow. Some “Citified Folk” wrote this trash, who had never left downtown LA. Also the Producer should never be allowed to produce anything but commercials. Rotten Tomatoes, I normally trust your reviews but never again as I will seek a second opinion.
