It felt the movie delivered these concepts: "People can't change" "People lie to you" "People should be ashamed for eating meat" "Meat is full of toxic chemicals" (actually true tbh but still not great for most kids to hear) "People put whole live pigs directly into sausage grinders, 💩 n all" "Butchers are proud animal abusers & unempathetic to humans" "Incessant begging will get you what you want" One scene very realistically portrayed a child breaking a lock off a suitcase "Parents can have unclear boundaries" "Lie to your parents to hide broken boundaries" "Parents can randomly trust unsafe adults mistakenly" Ect. & some of that's good lessons but not healthy for the younger target audience. Really heavy handed vegan messaging, but I appreciate people who are super avid about any cause tbh. Peach your opinion loud homie 🙂‍↕️ love to see the passion! I am a sucker for stop motion tho & was curious how dark they were gonna go at the ending, so I watched it all. Very clever ending, made me chuckle. To my surprise, the film introduced a twist I should have seen coming, yet it shocked me and delivered an engaging finale. Oink is incredibly preachy about the topic of eating meat, and it's evident that filmmakers have strong intentions in getting a message out there.
