The audience score should be what the RT rating reflects. This movie is far from perfect, but I enjoyed it and appreciate what it attempts. If you are a fan of Kate mara, Tory Kittles, Gary Oldman, or Shia LaBouf, yo should see this. All those that think they are too high-minded to allow themselves to enjoy this need to re-think their wannabe intelligentsia aspirations and come back down to earth.
