June Havens (Cameron Diaz) chats up her charming seatmate on a flight out of Kansas, but she doesn't realize that she will soon land in the middle of an international adventure. This is one of my favorite action romcoms. I know a lot of people don't like it. I find the near absurdity of the whole situation the best part. It's quite an amazing movie when you watch it for what it is and have no expectations of it being like some major action movie and especially not a serious movie. It's more along the lines of National Treasure, Battleship, or even Hudson Hawk, though not as campy as Hudson Hawk

The plot has good potential but it isn’t explored nearly enough to make this movie remotely interesting. This is just another dumb action movie where you shut your brain off for a few hours, except this one is almost boring.
