Cage goes Obi-Yawn Kenobi as a neo-hippie martial arts mentor, but cedes the lead to Canadian stuntman, martial artist and charisma black hole Alain Moussi. Jiu Jitsu comes up short on every level, especially in the omnipresent fight scenes.

Jiu Jitsu has nothing to do with the martial arts craft of jiu jitsu, just like this movie has nothing to do with high-quality entertainment. It's just a messy parade of sci-fi action schlock with tacky visual effects.

The acting was horrible. The story was horrible. It was literally, the dumbest movie I've seen in ages - and I honestly cannot believe it was funded. That said, it was also funny - BECAUSE - it was so bad. I don't know how Nicolas Cage has fallen so far. He was the one shining light in this picture. And, he deserves a chance at redemption and offers to perform in A list films once more. But the rest of this film? Worthless.

Wow, this was bad. The alien was a cross between the Predator and robot from the Netflix version of Lost in Space. Bad story, bad dialogue, bad acting, bad action scenes. This was awful. Nicolas Cage couldn't save this thing.

It is inconceivable that a good actor would be willing to participate in something so horrible. Nicolas Cage must be short of money or short of attention. A mix between Predator and Mortal Kombat, but with a low budget.
