The sparks fly when Anna Penn (Natasha Henstridge) and Charlie Hudson (Michael Vartan) meet. She's a sweet schoolteacher; he's an aspiring writer. Unfortunately, they're both engaged to other people. In fact, they're staying at the same New York City hotel in order to work on wrapping up the last details of their nuptials. Over days and evenings of joint wedding planning, the two grow closer -- and start to wonder if they're getting married to the right people after all.

Charlie (Michael Vartan) and Anna (Natasha Hentsridge) meet in a moment of serendipity and sparks fly. Charlie, an aspiring author and former NYPD and Anna, a school teacher are both engaged to other people. Over the course of several days, while staying at the same hotel to make their wedding plans, they keep running into each other and become drawn to each other. There is little chemistry between the main stars and how their characters fell in love makes little sense.
