Adam (Anthony Mackie) and Jane (Zoë Chao) are three years into a NASA mission that has gone very wrong: Their ship is broken and drifting between Jupiter and Saturn. Finding ways to pass the time as they become certain that no one is coming to save them, they argue over what to do. One day, Adam poses that maybe they should sleep together; Jane laughs the idea off, but it prompts a flirty debate about whether they're better off spending their remaining days as friends or something more.

Definately NOT Sci-Fi! In fact the start is so bad that I switched off after 20 minutes... However, I tried again. It's a corny rom com but the acting is pretty good.

It’s not Sci-Fi. It’s set on a space shuttle, but the set makes no sense. Normal fitted kitchen, bathroom with tiles, a living room with a sofa, gravity somehow exists etc nothing about it is Sci-fi, except the use of "marooned in space" as the catalyst for the plot. It’s a Rom-Com. It’s not a bad plot if you abandon any thoughts about it being science fiction.

The movie has a few good twists and turns. There is a handful of complex interactions between the two main characters that leaves you wanting more. The movie is goofy but also serious and I like that aspect.
