Enemy is brimming with non-commercial bravado that borders on being confessional. Just as Hitchcock made manifest his voyeuristic and controlling proclivities, Villeneuve exposes his own conflicted feelings towards women and monogamy.

The acting was great, but the story with the wife and girlfriend flagged a little. It confused me, especially that bit about the ring toward the end.

This has got to be the worst movie I have ever watched. It was slow, boring and stupid. A complete waste of time. Save yourself a couple hours of your life and don't even put it on.

Great brooding ambience but the story was unbelievable. The characters actions and reactions to each other were completely unrealistic and far fetched. It’s as if the characters all had some psychological disorder but, Jake Gylenhall did some great acting as usual.
