Fun, light and deep -- everything we want from character driven independent comedies. The tone and post-college reality subject is reminiscent of early Noah Baumbach. Kelly Russo's performance shines brightly and lingers thoughtfully.

A very pleasant surprise! Reed Arnold's delicious romcom satisfiies the most discretionary fan of the genre Ir's fun, funny and sweetly sentimental. To say it doesn't disappoint is to understate its appeal. These beautiful and talented actors won't be unknown for long. This world needs some classy collegiate fun and this movie delivers the goods. Written in the style of Aaron Sorkin, 'Do Us Part' is reminiscent of a 21st century version of 'Four Weddings and a Funeral.' Loved this!

What makes Do Us Part work, ultimately, is its progression. It begins as an enjoyable comedy built around a disastrous wedding situation, gradually introduces more complicated relationship dynamics, and eventually allows those relationships to take center stage. The result is a film that becomes more emotionally mature as it moves forward without losing the charm that made it entertaining in the first place. This film is, in many ways, the kind of romantic comedy I enjoy most: funny enough to have a good time with, but thoughtful enough to leave you with something once the laughs settle down. Strong character writing, excellent chemistry among the three leads, natural comedy and an emotionally satisfying third act make this a surprisingly engaging watch.

I had the pleasure of seeing this at the Naples File Festival in Naples FL. I found it funny and insightful. The best description I can give is that it is a RomCom for guys. This is not a Hallmark movie, it has lots of language and innuendo, but used appropriately. Just kick back relax and watch and entertaining story.
