However, in Nightmare 4, we see Kristen miserably fail with her "mind over matter" and meditation-style dream control. But I must say the dream sequences in this movie are way more visually intense. However, I still cannot understand the benefits of a waterbed, no matter how people try to convince me. Often referred to as the MTV Freddy film (?) the story continues where the Dream Warriors left off. There isn’t much of a plot and I’m pretty sure the script was written as they went along but outstanding dream/kill sequences entertain and delight.
