07/15/2013 Jason Schombing was great! See more 01/11/2009 It really isn't as bad as everyone says. Sure, it was not a top-notch film, but as long as you didn't pay money to see it in the theater, you can't be too outraged at the quality. If you really have your heart set on watching films about psychopaths, mind-altering drugs, mysteries, or asylums, go for it. Otherwise, you might skip over this one. See more 06/26/2008 this movie is sooo frekishly awesome and quite scary one of the only movies to ever scare me See more 06/04/2008 Writing and acting are superb in this film. No. No they sure as hell are not. But I stuck with this one because it stars Malcolm McDowell and the T-1000. Also a few more B-list actors pop up. But anyway, they all suck. The director just... what the fuck. Asylum feels like a made for TV movie that didn't quite make it to TV. See more 05/29/2008 One of the ten worst movies I have ever seen. Malcolm McDowell is doing a bad Hannibal Lecter imitation throughout the film, and Robert Patrick plays a master of disguise who's best disguise is a fake mustache. A horrible movie that you should avoid at all costs. See more 03/21/2008 Don't recall much but disappointment from this one, seeming it has both Robert Patrick and Malcolm McDowell, two actors who I usually enjoy seeing in any role. I remember this was fairly tedious going, without much payoff. Certainly didn't live up to McDowell's other crazy doctor film, Disturbed. See more Read all reviews
